Work Package 1
Objectives and scope
Activities in the WP1 Project will ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Under this WP, all project management functions will be undertaken to achieve the objectives. This will involve keeping the project schedule, guaranteeing the execution of the work plan and of the project goals on time and within budget, control over the project, fulfilment of the Grant Agreement, coordinating the communication between the NA and the consortium partners, representing the project to parties outside the project, coordinating the creation of results and meetings, events, dissemination, reporting.
Partnership agreements will be signed before or during the Kick-off meeting, ensuring that each partner is clear on what, when, and how they will be contributing to project delivery. All payment and reporting arrangements, bank accounts, communication details of partners, applicable law, special provisions, etc. will be included in the Special Conditions.
Activities
- Administrative/financial management: the task covers the establishment and maintenance of financial records, planning, monitoring of expenses, coordination of cost claim submission, preparation of consolidated cost statements following the rules of the Erasmus+, monitoring, and follow-up of payments, preparation of payments summaries to each participant and global overview. This activity prepares periodic financial reports to support the managers in the preparation
of the management reports, and financial chapters at management meetings and annual reviews. This task will also
organize all the necessary work and legal issues for contract management in the project.
The project activities will be as accessible and as inclusive as possible:

- Project progress, risk management, and quality assurance: the task will follow the project progress, coordinate the fulfilment of the grant
agreement, and in case of problems, it will initiate the required corrective actions in cooperation with the partners. - Dissemination and exploitation: social media profiles set-up and information update social media campaigns, organizations
of meetings with stakeholders, costs related to the participation of experts from partner organizations and other relevant
education forums to deliver presentations in the field of the project, email promotion, and media communication. To ensure smooth goals’ reaching, the following checklist will guide the project: 1. Experiments’ suggestions, 2. Internal experiment opposition procedure, 3. Design of activities wrapped around the experiments.
