Project partners will be also responsible for the implementation of project outputs in their countries. This advantage of trust
assumes that the partners will receive more information and will be able to respond better to the corresponding countryspecific
needs of the project.
Each work package is led by a single partner, it will manage the cooperation with other partners by itself. Leaders will
provide a timetable and task plan for all partners and also manage the necessities at the local level. The leader will also
supervise the process and work progress of each partner. It will be also responsible for the synthesis of achievements and
actions undertaken by the rest of the partners in the particular intellectual output. All the aforementioned steps undertaken
by each organizer will be supervised by the main coordinator, that will also set specific output deadlines.
